- UTILITY KNIFE: The top two knives we call the "Utility
Knife" because they have so many uses. They are thin enough to
sue as a boot knife (with a clip on the sheath), small enough to cape
out your trophy, yet big enough to handle many other chores. Both have
3" blades and either double or single bolsters, that's the only
difference. Engraving by Mel Wood (top knife) and Albert Bean. The
handles are Sambar Stag and cocobolo. The engraving is extra, but the
fancy file work is standard on these two models at no extra cost. Be
sure and tell us if you want double or single bolsters. We can also
make our Mini-Gut Hook using this handle style.

NOLEN CAPER: This is the smallest hinting knife we
make, only 6 1/2" long overall with a 2 1/2" blade. If you
like your knife ultra light and as small as possible, this is it. It
has a modified one finger grove handle and is shown with Sambar Stag
horn scales. The fancy file work, to the tip of the blade, is extra on
this model.
